L'UP PAMINA VHS ne veut pas seulement faire découvrir les grands moments de l’histoire française et allemande, mais aussi développer un "regard croisé" sur le passé et les lieux de mémoire des deux côtés du Rhin, pour pouvoir développer une culture du souvenir commune. Un point fort est réservé aux minorités ethniques et religieuses et aux institutions transfrontalières et européennes.
